Atrus: Initial Concept Design

Well. That sucked. DA ate my whole description for this image. >_<

Take three.

Atrus is a character designed for a combined-world Final Fantasy game that takes place 500 years after all the FF worlds violently collided with one another. He was initially a member of SOLDIER (FF7), but the process ended up mucking up in drastic fashion his innate talent, which up until then was dormant. He's actually a Sorcerer (think Ultimecia/Edea/Rinoa), and the combination of mako and sorcery rapidly got messy in the extreme. He's kind of dangerous to be around at this point, since when he's overstressed, he tends to lose control and randomly obliterate everything in about a 20-foot radius around him, buuuuut... hey. Everybody has their problems, right?

He's a little bit Cloud, a little bit Squall, and not as angstridden as either of them.
Thank God.

There'll be a shaded version of this later, I just don't know when I'll get to it, so it's going here and not in Scraps.
